We will be passing out number slips (start time TBA) each day before 9 a.m. to limit the number of people in the home.

Please do not block the driveway. The driveway is only for staff parking, large item pick-up and those with mobility issues. If you need assitance, please call Amy at (208) 867-7825 and we will help you access the driveway.

Protective face masks are REQUIRED. Please come prepared; you will not be allowed into the sale without a face mask as we are ensuring the health and safety of all our staff and customers. Please do not attend an Estate Solutions Plus event if you have flu-like symptoms, the health and safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority. Due to COVID-19, increased safety measures have been implemented to create a safe shopping experience for everyone. We will be limiting the number of people inside the sale at all times. Hand sanitizer and soap and water will be available for the health and convenience of our staff and customers. Please practice social distancing and avoid touching other people. We ask that all customers also limit physical contact with the items in an effort to keep the items as clean as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
