About the sale:

- We will be passing out number slips starting at 8:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. Sunday to limit the number of people in the home. First 25 people will be allowed into the house at opening. Please do not put placeholders or boxes to hold spots in line. A placeholder will not guarantee you a number.

- Estate Solutions Plus operates under the you break it, you buy it rule. ESP does not recommend bringing pets or young children into the house.

- No public restrooms.

- ESP is not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property.

- Please respect other homeowners. No parking in driveways, in front of garbage cans or mailboxes.

- Staff cannot lift or carry items to your car.

- The driveway is only for staff parking, large item pick-up and those who need accommodations. Please call Amy at (208) 867-7825 and we will remove the cones for you to access the driveway.
